10. Ending Your Consultation

Once you’ve gathered all the feedback you need, you will want to close your PlaceSpeak topic page.
This can take two forms: unpublishing and archiving.
Unpublishing
If you would like to hide the topic page for a period of time while maintaining the ability to edit, you can choose to unpublish. Your subscription will remain active and will continue to be billed, however you cannot send notifications during this time.
If you are making basic edits, you do not have to unpublish to make changes to your consultation page.
Archiving
Archiving puts your topic into a ‘read only’ state, meaning participants can no longer interact with the topic, and you can no longer make edits to the topic page. The topic page will still be viewable on the PlaceSpeak site, but will be tagged as archived and the features will be disabled. Archiving will also end your subscription and payments.
This cannot be undone.
