3.5 Permissions & Security

Participants can only contribute to your topic if they meet the verification requirements you have established.

Multi-Level Authentication

You have the option to require that users pass a multi-level authentication check before participating in the consultation.

Toggle the switch to enable or disable multi-level authentication.

If you enable this function, participants will be additionally required to verify a phone number (home or mobile) or address using GPS (beyond the sign-up process).

Who Can Connect?

Everyone can connect to (i.e. follow) the consultation topic, unless you limit it to people who are invited via the Invitations feature or are within the boundaries of the Map (geo-fencing)

Toggle the switch to determine who can connect. (ie. Only People I Invite or Only Residents) Their email address is the key to access the topic.

You will also have the option to make the consultation Private, so that only people who are invited can see the content and engage with your content.
