Upload (Premium and Enterprise only): Upload a zipped SHP file or KML/KMZ file to automatically insert the boundaries you want on your map. You can drag and drop your file into the box that appears when you click on the upload tool icon, or click ‘Choose file’ to navigate to the file’s location.

Types of Maps

There are four types of maps available within the Consultation Map:

  • roadmap displays the default road map view. This is the default map type.
  • satellite displays Google Earth satellite images.
  • hybrid displays a mixture of normal and satellite views.
  • terrain displays a physical map based on terrain information.
